Do I need to purchase additional reagents?

No. All necessary reagents are already included in our consumables, i.e., the Test Kit. In addition, our analyzer is maintenance-free, so no extra reagents are required for cleaning or operation.

What is the clinical significance of 7-part differential?

The 7-part differential further divides neutrophils into immature (NST), segmented (NSG), and hybersegment(NSH) types, in addition to lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils. This allows earlier and more accurate detection of infections, inflammation, and bone marrow abnormalities.
