Overseas Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overseas medical device sales, assisting superiors in formulating and implementing sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Responsible for channel operations management of overseas distributors. Maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide high-quality customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Conduct market research to understand the market dynamics and competitive landscape of medical diagnostic instruments and medical devices in the assigned overseas region, providing insights for the company’s product positioning and marketing strategies.
4. Assist in the organisation of registration documents and external communications.
5. Organise participation in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other events to promote company products and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 1 year of overseas sales experience and distributor management experience;
3. Experience in the medical device industry and understanding of the market characteristics of medical devices.
4. Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate with agent clients in a timely and flexible manner, and promptly address and resolve client issues.
5. Proficiency in Arabic/Portuguese/French, with the ability to conduct business communication and negotiations fluently.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure, with willingness to accept overseas business trips.
